Error: Can only run dual tower enable method in dual tower mode - WKB1511

SYMPTOMS
- While making an injection, error appears in the Run Samples window of Empower: "Can only run dual tower enable method in dual tower mode"
- Only single tower with front inlet present
- The 6890 is connected with Headspace G1888, but the headspace is not in use
- The instrument method previously ran successfully
- Issue occurs on only one project and the same system
- The same method on another system works
- Vial naming was correct in Run Samples (How to create vial numbers for 6890)
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 2 FR5
- Agilent 6890 GC
CAUSE
Wrong system configuration
FIX or WORKAROUND
Create a new system in Empower:

Log in to Empower.

Click on Configure System.

Click File > New > Chromatographic System.

Use the wizard by choosing "create new system".

Save the new system.
