How to enable electronic sign off in a report method - WKB14847

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Allow use of a report method for electronic sign off.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

PROCEDURE

Enable Sign Off in the Method Properties.

1. Open the project, select the "Methods" tab, find the report method you want to enable for signing and open it.
2. Click anywhere in the white space of the report, and then right-click and select Method Properties.
3. Click in the box to allow this method to be used in Sign Off as shown here.
   
4. Select Apply.
5. Save Report.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In order to make this change, the user must have the Specify "Report Methods for Sign Off" privilege.
