Why is the Empower Auto Archive program not running? - WKB14833

SYMPTOMS
- Empower Auto Archive program runs for a brief second
- The Windows task scheduler is showing it has executed the program
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 enterprise
CAUSE
The destination drive has changed. When the program goes to perform the Auto Archive, it cannot find the place to send the backed up Projects.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Log into Empower as an Admin.
- Go to Configure the System.
- View > Auto Archive Properties.
- Select a destination drive that exists.
