OBJECTIVE or GOAL

• Display mass (m/z) in an Empower report.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

PROCEDURE

1. Extract TIC from scan.

2. Integrate peak.

3. Check spectrum for highest intensity (Da).

4. Add Base Peak to Spectrum table in Review to confirm, and save the result.

5. Add Base Peak to Spectrum table in Report Method in using Report Publisher with the previously created result.
