CAUSE
Empower launched too early in the QDA boot-up process.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close and log out of Empower and the ACQUITY console.
- Reboot the QDA.
- Wait until the status light is solid green.
- Launch Empower to verify that communication is established.
