CAUSE

Empower launched too early in the QDA boot-up process.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Close and log out of Empower and the ACQUITY console.
  2. Reboot the QDA.
  3. Wait until the status light is solid green.
  4. Launch Empower to verify that communication is established.
