- After a shutdown method, the Monitor and Setup buttons on the Run Samples screen are unavailable. To make the buttons available, restart the LAC/E and the LC.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Feature Release 2
CAUSE
This is a Defect PCS - 51193 that was corrected in Empower 3 Service Release 2
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Upgrade to Empower 3 Service Release 2
