PROCEDURE

1. On the Report Method Editor window, from the PDA/MS group in the report group tree on the left side, double click "Spectrum Index" to add to the report page on the right


2. Right-click on the spectrum index to open the spectrum index properties

3. On the Spectrum Index tab, tick the spectrum type "Peak Offsets" and enter 100%.

* By the above procedures, the three spectra of peak apex, start point, and end point are overlaid.
* If you enter 50% in "Peak Offsets", the spectrum at the midpoint between the start/end point and the apex will be displayed.
