CAUSE
- Showing columns that don't need to be printed
- Large font
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Do not display columns that are not needed for printing:
Right-click on the table to print, select "Properties", and put a check mark in the "Hide Column" field on the "Columns" tab. - Reduce the font size:
Right-click on the table to print, select "Properties", select "Cell Data" in the "Font To Edit" field on the "Font" tab, and reduce the "Size" value in the "Type" field. - If you have set the original document size to a large value in the printer settings, you can reduce the size. Depending on the printer you are using, this option may not be available.
