SYMPTOMS

• Audit printing spans multiple pages

CAUSE

• Showing columns that don't need to be printed
• Large font

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Do not display columns that are not needed for printing:
   Right-click on the table to print, select "Properties", and put a check mark in the "Hide Column" field on the "Columns" tab.
2. Reduce the font size:
   Right-click on the table to print, select "Properties", select "Cell Data" in the "Font To Edit" field on the "Font" tab, and reduce the "Size" value in the "Type" field.
3. If you have set the original document size to a large value in the printer settings, you can reduce the size. Depending on the printer you are using, this option may not be available.
