Waters did not test Terminal Server or RDS Server, so it is not officially supported. You can try to make it work, but note the following:

• The absence of testing by Waters may require that the customer alter their Validation plan
• Issues may arise that cannot be reproduced by Waters. In those cases, the customer would need to use a supported configuration (Citrix)
