ANSWER

Duplicate audit trail entries are recorded when:

  • A manual result for a standard is saved.
  • There are no amounts specified in the sample set for the components.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Two dialog windows appear when you save the result—one to save the calibration and one to save the manual result. Each leads to an audit trail entry.
