User Type Analyst cannot take system offline and online in Empower - WKB117084

SYMPTOMS

• User Type Analyst cannot take system offline and online in Empower
• Admin logging in as Analyst user type can take system offline and online

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 FR3 and above.

CAUSE

User Group analyst belongs to is not granted access to the Node the system is configured on.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Go to Node Properties on Access tab.  Make sure the group the user belongs to is checked to grant access to the Node.
