When importing data from iCE software to Empower 3, Empower appears to add data points at the beginning of the run - WKB11227

SYMPTOMS

• In iCE, the data begins at 4 on the x axis
• Once imported into Empower 3, the chromatogram begins at 0 on the x axis with no data existing between 0 and 4

ENVIRONMENT

• iCE software from Protein Simple
• Empower 3
• Capillary electrophoresis

CAUSE

The iCE software adds data points in the CFR application to facilitate data transport. This is not something that Empower does.

FIX or WORKAROUND

There is no resolution or workaround for this issue.
