Agilent LC returns to initial conditions at the end of an injection - WKB11062

SYMPTOMS
- User running two different Instrument methods in one sample set
- When the sample set switches from first to second instrument method, pump returns to initial conditions of the first method and then achieves the set flow rate of second method
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 SR2
- Agilent ICF Support v2.2 with ICF A.02.03 DU2
- Agilent 1100 LC

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
No work-around identified. PCS 38992 exists for a similar problem with the old A1100 ICS in Empower 2. This behavior is intrinsic to Agilent instruments and there are no plans to make any changes.
