"Failed to fetch any of selected injections" in Empower - WKB110624

SYMPTOMS

Empower reports the error "Failed to fetch any of selected injections."

 Message Center "Injection XXXX cannot be altered.it belongs to a sample set which is currently being acquired."

All below scenarios are relevant

• Execute review by selecting running sequence within channels interface or injections interface, then select Alter samples, reports the error.
• Create a process only sample set by selecting running all injection, reports the error.
• Execute altering samples in channels interface or injections interface,  reports the error.
• Integrity Report Error: Failed to read good raw datafile with ID XXXX, when try to Alter Samples error reported channel ID XXXX.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 1
• Empower 2
• Empower 3

CAUSE

The sample set is still running and not finished yet or the sample set was interrupted unexpectedly.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. For the first instance, wait until the sample set finishes running.
2. For the second instance, you can alter sample from the sample sets interface. Alter the whole sample set and the error no longer appears.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
