Data missing in review with Agilent 6850 and ICS V1.30 using Empower - WKB11068

SYMPTOMS
- Some channels show a "data missing" message in review, instead of the chromatogram
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
- Agilent 6850 Instrument Control Software Version 1.30
CAUSE
PCS 49685: Previously, the 6850 GC did not send data to Empower software (approximately one injection out of 200). When this occurred, the affected injection was displayed in the Review application with a "Data Missing" label. Now, the 6850 GC correctly sends data to Empower software.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Upgrade Agilent 6850 Instrument Control Software to Version 1.40.
