On the Suitability tab of Processing Method, the void volume time should be specified instead of the void volume.
Void volume time is V0 (non-retention time: Elution time of the peak of the compound that does not retain on the column).
To calculate, you can divide the column volume by the flow rate.
Because the column volume is described in the column care & use manual, you can also calculate the value by dividing this value by the flow rate.
However, because it is a value obtained by calculation, it is better to inject a component that is not actually retained in the reverse-phase column, such as acetone, to obtain a value closer to the actual value.
