• In Empower.log, the following appears:

  [06:45:18:156 PM]: Full installation initiated
  [07:11:28:264 PM]: There is a problem launching the Oracle Setup.  Oracle cannot be installed.

ENVIRONMENT

• Windows 10

CAUSE

Ran out of virtual memory

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Set virtual memory to automatically adjust paging size for all drives.
2. Restart and reinstall Empower.
