CAUSE
In the Empower Calculating PDA peak purity help menu, it says:If possible, do not use the shortest wavelengths (190 to 210 nm) within the available wavelength range as they can contribute more noise and variability.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Set the processing method purity start wavelength at 205 nm or above to eliminate some of this noise variability.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
