• Empower 3 Personal installation hangs at the end when populating database
• ORA-12560 following installation

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Personal
• Windows 10

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Uninstall the partial installation of Empower and reboot.
2. Disable Windows Firewall/Windows Defender.
3. Disable antivirus software and all security software.
4. Disconnect Ethernet cable(s) from network(s).
5. Reboot the PC.
6. Install Empower as a local Windows administrator.
