In this table from the GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Kit – 96 Sample - Care and Use Manual you will see that we show the "Glycan Oxford Notation" which is what Waters used for our glycan library in our software.  The column labeled as "Glycan" is based on a "common" naming convention which Waters did not use to build this library.
