ANSWER

ACQUITY M-Class and nanoACQUITY columns with inside diameters of 75, 100, or 150 µm contain a male M-detail fitting on the inlet end of the column. M-detail is a 6-40 thread that slips onto tubing with an outside diameter (OD) of 1/32 inch. This fitting is designed to screw into the standard Waters nanoTee.

ACQUITY M-Class columns with an inside diameter (ID) of 300 µm contain female V-detail fittings. The end nuts on these columns accept male V-detail fittings that contain a 10-32 thread that slips onto tubing of 1/16-inch outside diameter.
