Yes, in addition to being able to separate RapiFluor-MS labeled released N-glycans, the ACQUITY UPLC Glycan BEH Amide column can be used to separate 2-AB labeled released N-glycans as well.
There is an example on page 7 of the document linked below, where Waters shows the use of an ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide 130A,1.7µm, 2.1mm x 150mm column for the separation of both 2-AB and RapiFluor-MS labeled released N-glycans:
