ANSWER
Yes, you can run 100% aqueous phase through an XBridge C18. If you shut the system down, it is recommended that organic be introduced through the column to help rewet the pore prior to running 100% aqueous.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The XBridge BEH C18 must not sit in or be stored in 100% aqueous mobile phases. It should be flushed with at least 20% organic every day. If it will not be used for four days or longer, it must be stored in 100% acetonitrile.
