The mobile phases used were 80:20 water/acetonitrile.

The column temperature was set to 30 °C.

Under these conditions, the total observed back pressures (column + system) were as follows:

At 1.0 mL/min = ~2,800 psi

At 1.3 mL/min = ~3,600 psi
