ANSWER
The OneLab protocol uses an Eppendorf twin.tec LoBind PCR 96 well plate. It can be sealed with a 6-mm preslit PTFE PCR 96-well plate mat from Analytical Sales and Services, part number 96727.
If Total Recovery vials are the preferred container for the derivatized samples, a transfer protocol can be created in OneLab using a single channel pipette to transfer from the PCR plate to the Total Recovery vials.
