CAUSE: The EZInfo package does not immediately format the page correctly when it first opens (you must click on refresh) if the Windows computer has had Internet Explorer updated past version 8. Because almost everyone will have updated to IE 9, 10, or 11, anyone using MarkerLynxXS on a modern PC will likely experience this problem.
