How do you operate the Waters WFMA using Empower? - WKB91406

Article number: 91406

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

The Waters Fraction Manager - Analytical (WFMA) is designed to collect narrow and closely eluting peaks.

Collection can be by time, signal, threshold, slope, or combinations of these functions. Fraction simulation allows the user to model and optimize collection methods with an existing chromatogram.

Manual collection, pooling, and waste collection are all configure functions that can be performed with the WFMA.

The WFMA supports Empower 2 FR5 (time-based), stand-alone console (time-based), and Empower 3 (FR 1 and 2) using time-, threshold-, and slope-based collection.

ENVIRONMENT
