"Invalid bed layout" for 2767 - WKB85819

SYMPTOMS

• "OK" LED in Inlet Status is red
• Error message reads "2767: Invalid bed layout"

ENVIRONMENT

• Autopurification
• FractionLynx
• 2767 Sample Manager

CAUSE

Collection bed layout x value is outside acceptable limits.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open MassLynx software.
2. Click on the inlet method.
3. Go to bed layout and click on modify bed layout of tray 1 (first collection tray).
4. Decrease the x value to 6400.
5. Reset injector and recalibrate probe reference position and bed layout.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If x was close to the limit "left" originally, recalibration of probe position can send it out of limit as well.
