SYMPTOMS

• Error state "Unknown Error while processing Raw Data" present in FractionLynx log

• Error state occurs consistently during acquisition

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• FractionLynx
• 2767 Sample Manager

CAUSE

Configuration error in the FractionLynx file (for example, Stop Collect and Start Collect occurring at the same time code)

OR

Corrupted FractionLynx file

FIX or WORKAROUND

Inspect the settings within the FractionLynx file. Either fix the configuration issue OR create a new Fraction file, paying close attention to detail.
