Fraction collector stops collecting fractions - WKB224143

SYMPTOMS

• System collects some fractions but then stops collecting in middle of sample run
• Usually, only 10 fractions are collected

ENVIRONMENT

• FractionLynx
• 2767 Sample Manager

CAUSE

The Multiple Fractions section of the General tab in the Fraction Method has boxes checked for the maximum number of fractions and tubes per injection, which by default is 10.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Clear the selection check boxes in the Multiple Fractions section of the General tab in the Fraction Method.
