Error with 2767: Invalid plate position, Check plate parameters within bed layout - WKB204996

SYMPTOMS

• The following error appears when opening inlet editor: Invalid plate position, Check plate parameters within bed layout
• The 2767 continues to cycle between right-hand side of system and wash station

ENVIRONMENT

• 2767
• MassLynx

CAUSE

Corrupt bed layout in MassLynx

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Inspect all sensors on the 2767 for signs of obstruction.
2. Deactivate collection control and delete the fl4 file.
3. Deconfigure all systems in the inlet editor.
4. Delete all bed layouts from MassLynx.
5. Allow the 2767 to initialize.
6. Recreate bed layouts and confirm all reference positions.
7. Set up collector control.
