Peaks do not elute on Prep 350 SFC - WKB109577

SYMPTOMS

• Peaks not eluting
• Poor baseline 
• Replacing the inlet and outlet CV does not help 

ENVIRONMENT

• SFC 350 
• P 200

CAUSE

 A wrong flow rate of 8 mL/min is being used on the co-solvent pump.

FIX or WORKAROUND

The recommended flow rate for the P200 Co-Sol pump is 20-200 mL/min and 30-350 mL/min for the 350 CO₂ pump.
