SYMPTOMS
- No response from any detector on Autopurification system
- No response when running prep method, but analytical method works fine
ENVIRONMENT
- System Fluidics Organizer
CAUSE
After change of preparative columns, the tubing was incorrectly connected to the 10 port prep column valve.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Follow the tubing guide found in section 2-21 of the System Fluidics Organizer Operator's Guide.
