Lenovo P-series PC does not boot - WKB28381

SYMPTOMS

• PC fails to boot
• The Windows Boot Recovery screen appears
• Running Boot Recovery fails
• Analysis of failure mode indicates a video driver issue
• Reimaging the PC does not resolve the problem  

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• Lenovo P-series PC
• Dell Ultrasharp 27-inch monitor

CAUSE

The Dell Ultrasharp monitor prevents the PC from booting. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace the monitor.
