No; the Agilent 7694 is no longer supported with Headspace Control Option 3.0.

As noted in the release notes, with the introduction of Headspace Control Option Version 3.0, support for the Agilent 7694 headspace sampler is discontinued.

However, the 7694 it is still supported with Headspace Control Option Version 2.0.

The table below is from the Empower 3 (Feature Release 3) Installation, Configuration, and Upgrade Guide.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you want to run the Agilent 7694, you need Waters Headspace Control Option Version 2.0 - DWNL10044809; it is supported with Empower 1 or Empower 2.

However, according to the installation guide for Empower 3 Feature Release 1, Headspace Control Option 2.0 was tested with this Empower version after the fact.
