- Source pressure leak warning appears during source pressure test.
- Source high pressure warning.
- May hear leak noise at the source enclosure.
- Engineer dashboard looks like waste bottle error.

- Universal Lockspray source
CAUSE
Leaking at the Universal Lockspray source O-ring, either from wear of the O-ring or more likely the plastic casing.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the O-ring (5711032-S).
Replace the Lockspray union cover holder (need to order full door casing, not available on own).LockSpray Source Covers (# 700004702)
