SYMPTOMS
- Desolvation temperature does not go up
ENVIRONMENT

- MassLynx
CAUSE
If an error is displayed on the sample flow control side of the Fluidics tab on the MS tune page, it will not go up.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Re-perform the source pressure test.
- If it doesn't help, open and close the enclosure
- If no improvement, reboot the electronics
- If the problem persists, disconnect and connect the source enclosure and probe cables, and reattach the fittings from probe to the enclosure.
