DC Bias fails during instrument setup on Vion - WKB93496

SYMPTOMS

• Instrument setup fails at DC Bias section
• Instrument electronics were rebooted

ENVIRONMENT

• Vion IMS QTof
• UNIFI Workstation

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Take instrument system offline.
2. In Device Management section of UNIFI, go to the Workstation tab, right-click and select Reset Device.
3. Bring the instrument system back online.
4. Confirm that instrument setup can be completed.
