Cone voltage slider is unavailable (dimmed) on the Tune page - WKB88575

SYMPTOMS

• Cone voltage slider is unavailable/dimmed and cannot be adjusted
• All other tuning parameters are available

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-XS
• Xevo TQ-S
• Xevo TQ MS
• ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector

CAUSE

Cone voltage ramp is active.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. On the Tune page, either clear the cone voltage ramp shortcut button or click Ramps and Use Cone Voltage Ramp to deactivate.
2. Verify that the cone voltage slider can be used as expected.
