SYMPTOMS

• DESI source is not recognized

ENVIRONMENT

• DESI source option
• Xevo G2-XS QTof/Tof
• SYNAPT G2-Si
• SYNAPT XS

CAUSE

Unknown. Suspect random and non-reproducible communication loss and/or loose cable connection.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Power-off the control box.
2. Reseat all of the connections.
3. Power-on the control box. (Ensure that it has been at least 15 seconds since it was powered-off.)
