SYMPTOMS
The scroll pump starts when the pump command is given, but the backing pressure does not reduce.
ENVIRONMENT
SYNAPT G2
CAUSE
The Speedivalves on the manifold top of the scroll pump are closed.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Open the Speedivalves and pump down again.
