• No lockmass signal is seen from the reference sprayer
• The isolation valve is open
• Signal is seen with analyte sprayer

ENVIRONMENT

• SELECT SERIES Cyclic IMS

CAUSE

Most likely a clog or air in fluidics.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Purge the reference fluidics several times. If still no lockmass signal rebuild reference sprayer PN: 700004674
