• Missing one MRM transition from the quant trace

ENVIRONMENT

1. TargetLynx

CAUSE

The user manually entered MRM details into the TargetLynx processing method.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the TargetLynx processing method.
2. Open the chromatogram and drag over the MRMs of interest to enter masses into the TargetLynx processing method.
3. Save changes to the TargetLynx processing method.
