ANSWER

When measuring large molecular weights such as nucleic acids and peptides,
in order to pass ions in the large-molecular region through the quadrupole located at the fore part the TOF,
change the settings of QuadProfile as follows.

1. From the Tune page, select Setup > Quad Profile.
2. Select Manual Profile and make the following settings.

Mass        Ramp        Dwell
1．        400        25        25
2．        500        25        25
3．         600        

When measuring larger molecular weights such as intact proteins,
set the cone voltage to 150V and set the Quad Profile as follows.
