CAUSE
The source enclosure and pumping block need to be cleaned.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Clean the source enclosure and pumping block with a suitable solvent (for example, methanol/water or IPA/water).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Users should avoid getting their gloves wet with solvent while cleaning; it could result in PEG contamination.
