SYMPTOMS
- Cannot adjust the cone voltage on the tune page
- The capillary and the other parameters can be adjusted
ENVIRONMENT
- MassLynx 4.1
- TQD
CAUSE
The cone voltage ramp is turned on.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- On the tune page, go to the ramps drop-down menu.
- Turn off (clear) cone voltage ramp.
