ANSWER
No. Because the cone voltage is ramped for the duration of the scan, there is no way to pull out which cone voltage gave the best result.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Setting up a series of MS methods with different cone voltages would be one way to determine the best.
Using IntelliStart sample tune and development is another option.
Manual infusion and adjustment of the cone voltage on the Tune page is a third option.
