Quattro Premier EPC is not booting up - WKB68770

SYMPTOMS

• EPC is not booting up
• EPC is responding to ping; response time = 1 ms
• Possible to connect to host PC (64.1.1.1) with FTP

ENVIRONMENT

• Quattro Premier
• Quattro micro API

CAUSE

The firewall is on and the FTP server is not selected in "Allowed programs and features".

FIX or WORKAROUND

Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allowed Programs and select FTP server.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Completely disabling the firewall would also solve the problem, but it may not be an acceptable solution.
