- No beam in negative ion mode when the calibration is running, but the ions are there in the tune page or manual tune

CAUSE
Large contaminant ion (1e7) at 126 Da, on which the system is setting the attenuation parameters
FIX or WORKAROUND
Calibrate from 150 Da and up rather than 120 Da and up.
