SYMPTOMS
- No signal from the camera, just a blue display
- Signal is intermittent if cable is jostled
- Camera and converter box drivers are up to date
- Correct settings used in the camera options

CAUSE
Loose camera cable connection plug (700004898)
or Bad video cable (8932316)
FIX or WORKAROUND
Refit the cable into the proper plug.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In one instance, the cable had become dislodged from the rear panel bulkhead fitting, while the BNC adapter was still fitted.
